Consent language shown at opt-in: "By checking this box I agree that Joe and Joe's assistant (which may be automated or an AI voice) may text and call me at the number above about properties and showings. Consent is not required to buy or rent. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

AI assistant

The chat and, where you allow it, phone calls may be handled by an AI assistant. It identifies itself as an assistant and hands serious questions to Joe.
